The Simblissity online shop will be closed from May 19 until early July while I'm out on the trail. Cart buttons for available items will return to the website as soon as I do, and ordering will resume at that time. The LevaGaiter will once again be available then, as well. We've been running a stock alert feature on the LevaGaiter since April 20, and are happy to report than everyone who contacted us with a need-by date of May, June, or early July has been accommodated. And we'll be ready to go public with the LevaGaiter again when I reopen the shop, at which time anyone else on the stock alert list will be notified. If you haven't already done so, you can sign up for the LevaGaiter stock alert and we'll notify you by email when this item becomes available. Our old school approach is simply to contact us by email at info(at)simblissity.net, and put "Levagaiter" in your subject. Again, we anticipate this product will be available in early July and throughout the rest of the summer and beyond -- both sizes and colors. Meanwhile, we're excited to introduce a new product. Simblissity is proud to offer a low-cost USPS First Class shipping option with every order. Or upgrade to Priority Mail ($7 total shipping price)
We receive online credit and debit card payments instantaneously and will send a confirmation e-mail when we begin processing such orders. PayPal eCheck orders will begin processing upon notification of eCheck clearance (typically 3 or 4 business days).
Many
of our products are made to order. Current shipping times (the
time it takes for your order to enter the mail stream after we receive
payment) are
posted at the top of this page. To
estimate when your order will arrive, simply add the stated shipping time
to the transit times listed in the yellow box below.
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS PLEASE NOTE: Currently we are only accepting
orders that will ship to addresses within the 50 United States and
Canada. With apologies, international orders without a US or Canadian
ship-to address will be refunded.
"GENERAL
DELIVERY" CUSTOMERS PLEASE NOTE: If you are having us ship your
order to a "general delivery" post office address (or other
"trail town" facility) and need your order to arrive within
2 weeks of the date your order is placed, we strongly advise that you
choose Priority Mail shipping during checkout. Not only is Priority Mail
likely to arrive sooner than First Class, but it is also the only way
to have your order forwarded to another location at no additional cost
in the event that the recipient is unable to receive it at the original
destination. (Free Priority Mail forwarding is available only from official
US Postal Service facilities.)

First Class Mail standard shipping All domestic orders include a low-cost shipping option via USPS First Class mail. First Class keeps our shipping costs down, and we are happy to pass along the savings to our customers. Transit times (after order processing - see below*) are typically 3 to 5 business days to addresses within the continental United States. Priority Mail shipping Need your order sooner? You can upgrade to USPS Priority Mail shipping during checkout for $7. Priority Mail is the gold standard among shipping services for fast, affordable delivery. does not ship internationally except to Canada.
During checkout, Canadian customers may choose standard international
shipping or expedited Priority Mail International service. Please

trackable, and that shipments may be subject to customs inspection

| Warranty & Returns |
All of our products are fully guaranteed. Any item found to be defective in materials or workmanship will be replaced or repaired free of charge for the life of the product. Products in new, merchantable condition may be returned within 30 days of receipt for exchange or full refund of the purchase price. (We ask that the customer cover the cost of shipping merchandise back to us, and optionally, of insuring against loss or damage. Simblissity cannot assume responsibility for articles lost or damaged in transit to us.) Merchandise damaged as a result of normal wear and tear may be returned for repair (if determined feasible) at a nominal cost. Please understand that we are a small, cottage business with limited resources. In order to best serve our valued customers, please contact us for a Return Agreement Number before returning merchandise.
Privacy
Policy: All of your personal information, including mailing address
and e-mail, is secure and confidential. We use this information only
for the processing of your order and we absolutely will never make
it available to third parties. All billing information (including credit
