Ordering from our online store is quick, easy, and 100% secure. A PayPal membership is not required.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and eCheck via PayPal.

Ordering from our online store is quick, easy, and 100% secure. A PayPal membership is not required. Simply click the Add To Cart button next to an item you would like to buy, and the item will be added to your PayPal shopping cart. Change the quantity of the item as desired, continue shopping, or proceed to checkout via PayPal's secure website. View the contents of your shopping cart at any time by clicking the View Cart button in the menu at left.

Note that you may occasionally experience a lag from the time you press the Add to Cart button to the appearance of the Shopping Cart page. This is due to heavy traffic on the PayPal website. Please press the Add to Cart button only once, and then wait a few moments if necessary. Thanks! (If you press the button more than once, you will find additional units of that item in your cart. Simply adjust the quantity on the Shopping Cart page.)


Shipping

Many of our products are made to order. Current shipping times (the time it takes for your order to enter the mail stream after we receive payment) are posted at the top of this page. To estimate when your order will arrive, simply add the stated shipping time to the transit times listed in the yellow box below.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS PLEASE NOTE:
Currently we are only accepting orders that will ship to addresses within the 50 United States and Canada. With apologies, international orders without a US or Canadian ship-to address will be refunded.

"GENERAL DELIVERY" CUSTOMERS PLEASE NOTE: If you are having us ship your order to a "general delivery" post office address (or other "trail town" facility) and need your order to arrive within 2 weeks of the date your order is placed, we strongly advise that you choose Priority Mail shipping during checkout. Not only is Priority Mail likely to arrive sooner than First Class, but it is also the only way to have your order forwarded to another location at no additional cost in the event that the recipient is unable to receive it at the original destination. (Free Priority Mail forwarding is available only from official US Postal Service facilities.)

First Class Mail package - standard shipping

We offer a low-cost shipping option via USPS First Class mail for all domestic (US) orders. First Class keeps our shipping costs down, and we are happy to pass along the savings. Transit times (after order processing - see below*) are typically 3 to 7 business days to addresses within the continental United States.

Priority Mail shipping

Need your order sooner? Select USPS Priority Mail shipping during checkout. Transit times (after order processing - see below*) are typically 2 to 3 business days to addresses within the continental United States.

International Shipping

Simblissity does not ship internationally except to Canada. During checkout, Canadian customers may choose standard international shipping or expedited Priority Mail International service. Please note that delivery times to Canada are not guaranteed, are not always trackable, and that shipments may be subject to customs inspection and import duty.

Warranty & Returns

All of our products are fully guaranteed. Any item found to be defective in materials or workmanship will be replaced or repaired free of charge for the life of the product. Products in new, merchantable condition may be returned within 30 days of receipt for exchange or full refund of the purchase price. (We ask that the customer cover the cost of shipping merchandise back to us, and optionally, of insuring against loss or damage. Simblissity cannot assume responsibility for articles lost or damaged in transit to us.) Merchandise damaged as a result of normal wear and tear may be returned for repair (if determined feasible) at a nominal cost. Please understand that we are a small, cottage business with limited resources. In order to best serve our valued customers, please contact us for a Return Agreement Number before returning merchandise.

Privacy Policy: All of your personal information, including mailing address and e-mail, is secure and confidential. We use this information only for the processing of your order and we absolutely will never make it available to third parties. Legal: By purchasing from Simblissity Ultralight Designs, the purchaser agrees to absolve the owner, Brett Tucker, of any and all liability related to the use of its product(s), including but not limited to the following: loss or theft of said product(s), damage to the product and/or its contents resulting from purchaser's negligence or normal product wear, and personal harm or financial/material loss or inconvenience to purchaser while in possession of product(s). This liability waiver also applies to any person or party in possession of Simblissity products, whether or not the original purchaser or recipient.
