UPDATE
1/23: Topo Map Set CD v1.7
is now available. Existing guidebook chapters, listed below,
have been updated in advance of the map set release and are
all current and ready for spring 2010 hiking. Also recently
updated: Town Guide and
Water Chart. Spring thru-hikers
should have the latest versions of all resources to insure that
everything jives out on the trail. Meanwhile... Additional guidebook
chapters will also be added below as time allows. No guarantees
here, other than that the guide won't be finished in time for
spring, unfortunately. Then again, hikers we've heard from seem
to be getting by ok with the resources currently available.
Starting with Segment 21, all subsequent chapters will initially
appear in rough draft form, with the intent of providing basic
planning and navigation info beyond what the map set alone can
provide.
